Ferd will from 2012 present the financial statements for Ferd AS group. In previous years, the consolidated financial statements have been presented with Ferd Holding AS as the parent company. Ferd AS is owned by Ferd Holding AS and the Board of Ferd Holding AS are described under Presentation of the Board  and Corporate Governance.
